Upon my arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room with a jacuzzi was not ready, the bar fridge was empty, and there were no snacks available. Additionally, the main rooftop bar had a limited selection of items on the menu. It was evident that the resort was undergoing a transition to a new operator, which impacted my overall experience. However, despite these issues, the hotel was stunning.

The secluded location within the desert offered a relaxed and peaceful ambiance, allowing for a complete switch-off to recharge. The hotel's Mr Mohammed at check-in and Mr Deep at the restaurant added a thoughtful touch to the experience.
